CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOLDERS!
If you’ve not yet received your confirmation email from us, there’s a chance your mail server has sent it to a bulk/junk/spam folder. Be sure to check all your folders, and you may want to add email@example.com to your address book to make sure you don’t miss out! For more info on ‘whitelisting’ an email address click here
Also, some mobile devices / tablets etc. may have problems downloading and/or ‘unzipping’ files. You may like to download the tracks on a desktop/laptop computer and transfer the files to your mobile from there.
